APK Manager

APK Manager is a simple, lightweight tool that allows you to administer the applications that you have installed on your Android, including making backup copies or using their APK files to install them.

Basically, APK Manager makes backup copies of the APK files of all of your applications, so that you can later install any of them using the same file.

The APK Manager interface is very simple: it has two columns, one for installing applications, and the other for uninstalling them. That's it.
